🍀 The Ireland Fashion Summit
On September 9th we gathered an exclusive community at the Iconic Offices in St Stephen’s Green to launch the first edition of the Ireland Fashion Summit, with multiple brands showcasing their products before participating in the live recording of our Season 5 episode with Hannah Attalah, founder of Oceanus.
“I wanted to create the Ireland Fashion Summit to bring contemporary Irish design to a national stage and showcase some of the freshest, most sustainable, inclusive brands that are on the market today. Not just designers, but also platforms, such as Fashion Relief and Rag Revolution, which focus on circularity and philanthropy.
This is also an event that is going to shed light on what’s going to happen in October 2025 with the launch of Ireland Fashion Week. We’re going to have multiple summits a year, and then one big week where we really dedicate time, momentum and energy to focusing on Irish design, at the end of the International Fashion Month.
The goal is to create a community-driven network that is focused on awareness and support for Irish brands, and I hope that in the next years it can also grow into a platform, as we’ve seen with Copenhagen Fashion Week, where sustainability becomes a big topic and we have interest from international buyers, media and more.”
